Return and Refund Policy

How to return

  1. EmailΒ support@aurelle-london.co.ukΒ within 30 days of delivery.

  2. We’ll provide the return authorization and the return address (Yiwu Cu Jia Trade Co., Ltd, Sujia Aihua, 1511 Jingang Avenue East, Jindong District, Jinhua, Zhejiang, 321000 China).

  3. Pack unused items with all tags; customer covers return postage.

  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of inspection.

Note: Our warehouse is located in China, and returns are processed there.
Our company, WW Commerce, is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and manages all orders, payments, and customer service.

Return Process
You can return your items for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns after the 30-day window has passed. To begin the return process, please contact us by emailing support@aurelle-london.co.uk. Please remember that all items you return must be unused, unworn, and still in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage in transit. Bear in mind that you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned package, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This may take up to 7 days. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges
If you would like to swap an item for a different one, please email us at support@aurelle-london.co.uk. We will guide you through the exchange process. Just remember that you can only exchange unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Cancellations
We understand that you may need to cancel an order. To do so, please contact us at support@aurelle-london.co.uk. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible, as we won’t be able to cancel your order once it has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. To help us resolve this for you as quickly as possible, please take photos of the issue and email them to us at support@aurelle-london.co.uk. We will promptly review your case and ensure you receive the correct, non-damaged item.
